How a Boca Elite Response Runs

Recovery goes right when the damage is stopped first, the work happens in the right order, and you always know what's next. Here's the path from first call to final walkthrough.

  1. 1

    The first call

Call or send the request form with your address, what happened, and whether it's still getting worse. Sometimes that first talk settles what to do in the next hour — including what's safe to handle yourself and what should wait for us.

  2. 2

    Stop the damage

Water supply off, standing water extracted, openings protected, hazards made safe. The goal of the first visit is simple: nothing gets worse. If the property isn't safe to enter — electrical hazards, structural damage, contaminated water — we tell you plainly and don't push you inside it.

  3. 3

    Assess and document

We measure moisture, photograph the damage, and write down what's affected, what can be dried and saved, and what has to be removed. That written record serves you, your insurance conversation, and the schedule of work that follows.

  4. 4

    Dry and clean

Drying equipment runs in a planned layout, moisture is tracked until the structure is truly dry, and affected materials are removed, cleaned and disposed of properly. Water that came from a sewer or flood source is cleaned with the protection and disinfection it requires.

  5. 5

    Rebuild

Once the structure is dry and clean, damaged rooms are rebuilt under one plan — drywall, flooring, paint, cabinets, trim. You get one schedule, one crew to call, and a result that looks like the damage never happened.

  6. 6

    Final walkthrough

We walk the property with you, check moisture readings together, and answer every question before we call the job done. The restoration isn't complete when the equipment leaves — it's complete when you're confident the property is back to normal.
